Pagemaps "Storyboard Kits" Sketch Contest

The Toys Are Back!

There is a fun contest going on at Pagemaps. The winner gets an awesome kit from Storyboard Kits. Here is the sketch provided by Becky Fleck:

As you can see, I flipped the sketch 90 degrees.

These are my boys in their Toy Story costumes. They are huge Toy Story fans, and they have worn these costumes all over town: running errands, to the grocery store, they even wore them with me when I went to vote. By Halloween, Woody required some one-on-one time with my sewing machine!

My Life...In a Nutshell

Here's a super simple layout using an 8X10 print. This picture was taken on Thanksgiving day.

Deck The Halls

This is my absolute favorite time of year, and it's looking a lot like Christmas at our house! I actually managed to get all of my indoor decorating done a week before Thanksgiving. I figure that it takes so much time and resources to decorate that I might as well enjoy them as long as possible.

Here's what crafty things I've been up to.

Somehow I lucked out this year, and my boys have left the gifts alone. Jack, age 2, decides to take a drum stick to the tree every so often.

My tree at night

I love a decorated mantle at Christmas.

The lights on my wreath decided to stop working.
Ugh. I just redid the thing, too!

The outside of my house takes on more of a whimsical feel. I was going for the gingerbread theme. My front door makes me smile!

I wanted some gingerbread cutouts, but waited too long to order them. My sweet husband cut them for me, and I had too much fun painting them. I see a whole colony of these sweet thing in my future. :)

My house at night. Our front trees are also covered in red and white lights.I love everything Christmas.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas season!
